ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. International orders may take 7-10 days.

We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please open an investigation with the carrier directly.

SHIPPING RATES

Worldwide shipping available. Pricing is based on weight and destination. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes — these are outside our control and not covered by us.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Delivery can occasionally take longer than the estimate shown at checkout. Customs processing, holidays, and other external factors are outside our control.

If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out and we'll do what we can to help.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Refunds are only issued if the item you received is damaged or faulty.

If you received the wrong item, or your product arrived defective, email lgcyclothing786@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are available for sizing only, and only if the requested size is still in stock.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don't cover shipping costs for exchanges or unclaimed orders — if your order is returned to us unclaimed and you'd like it reshipped, you're responsible for the reshipping cost and any restocking fees that apply.

Orders may be cancelled if the item purchased is out of stock or oversold.
